INGREDIENTS
- 3 bags of black chai tea
- 85 ml (1/3 cup) hot (not boiling) water
- 170 ml (2/3 cup) hot plant-based milk (oat or cashew)
- 1 scoop (10g) of PURE marine collagen
- 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup or honey
PREPARATION
- Steep the chai tea in hot water for 5 minutes and squeeze the tea bags to extract all the flavors. The mixture should be dark and strong. Add the collagen to the tea, stirring to remove any lumps.
- Heat the milk separately, preferably in a frother.
- Gently mix the tea and milk.
- Add maple syrup or honey to taste.
