AT WHAT AGE CAN YOU START TAKING IT?

From the age of 25, our natural collagen production begins to decline. That's why many choose to start at this time to preventatively support their skin and body.

WHY IS COLLAGEN AVAILABLE IN POWDER?

Marine collagen is in the form of hydrolyzed peptides, which means it is broken down into smaller amino acid chains for better absorption by the digestive system. The unflavored powder formula is easy to incorporate into your routine.

CAN I CONSUME COLLAGEN IN A HOT DRINK?

Yes. You can add it to your coffee, tea, soup, or broth. However, avoid heating it above 150°C (300°F) to preserve the effectiveness of the peptides.

WHAT CAN I EAT IT IN?

Marine collagen dissolves easily in coffee, smoothies, water, juice, yogurt, or even warm soup.

DOES IT HAVE TO BE TAKEN ON AN EMPTY FOOD?

No. It can be taken with or without food, whichever is convenient for you.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE COLLAGEN DOSE ALL AT ONCE OR CAN I DIVIDE IT?

The recommended daily dose is 10g per day. You can take it in a single serving or divide it into two portions, depending on your routine. Collagen blends well into hot or cold drinks, smoothies, yogurt, soups, and more.

WHY DOESN'T MY BAG LAST EXACTLY 30 DAYS?

The amount in each bag is 300g, which is equivalent to 30 servings of 10g. However, the amount per scoop can vary depending on the density of the powder and how you measure it. For example, a heaped or rounded scoop can contain between 8 and 12g.

→ For optimal accuracy, we recommend using a kitchen scale.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Some effects can be felt from the first few weeks (nails, hair). Daily intake for at least three months is recommended for visible and lasting results.

CAN I COMBINE COLLAGEN WITH YOUR OTHER PRODUCTS?

Yes. All our products are designed to work synergistically.

WHERE DOES YOUR MARINE COLLAGEN COME FROM?

Our marine collagen comes from wild cod, a fish known for the quality of its type I collagen, ideal for supporting skin, nails, hair and joints.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not yet. We currently only ship to Canada.

DOES COLLAGEN HAVE A TASTE?

Our PURE marine collagen is unflavored, allowing you to add it to your recipes without altering their taste. We recently added our berry-flavored ENERGY marine collagen and electrolytes to our product line.
