INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml (1 cup) vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) pure vanilla extract
- 30 g (2 tbsp) natural almond butter
- 2 scoops (20g) of PURE marine collagen
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) pure maple syrup
- 28 g (1/4 cup) granola or toasted, sliced, or crushed almonds
- Seasonal fruits as garnish (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, figs, pear wedges)
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, almond butter, and collagen until smooth and creamy. Adjust vanilla or almond butter to taste.
- Add the maple syrup and mix gently. The sweet, woody flavor of maple blends wonderfully with the almond.
- Divide the mixture between two clear bowls or glasses (for visual appeal). Top with sliced fresh fruit, then sprinkle generously with granola or toasted almonds.
- Add a drizzle of maple syrup on top just before serving for a delicious burst of flavor.
