INGREDIENTS
- 40 g (1/2 cup) oat flakes
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chia seeds
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) coconut cream
- 250 ml (1 cup) of vegetable milk
- 1 scoop (10g) of PURE marine collagen
- Fresh fruit for garnish (kiwi, mango or blueberries)
- In a jar or bowl, mix all ingredients except fruit.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir well, add the fruit and enjoy.
