Do my points expire?
Your points stay active as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months.
WHEN CAN I START EARNING POINTS?
The MCS Club launches on September 25, 2026. You must join the MCS Club and create your account to earn points on eligible purchases made from that date forward. Purchases made before September 25, 2026, are not eligible, and points cannot be added retroactively.
CAN I SAVE MY MCS REWARDS?
Yes. Once you reach 500 points, you’ll earn $10 MCS. You can use it toward a future order or save your rewards to use later. For example, 1,000 points = $20 MCS and 2,500 points = $50 MCS.
ARE THERE ANY PURCHASES THAT DON’T EARN POINTS?
Points are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, or the portion of a purchase paid with a reward.
HOW IS MY MCS CLUB TIER DETERMINED?
Your tier is based on your purchases with MCS. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for life.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Your points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account: your balance and rewards are displayed there.
If I redeem my points, do I lose my tier?
No, never. Your tier is based on your purchases, not your points.
How do I get my birthday points?
Add your date of birth to your profile to receive them during your birthday month.
What happens if an order is refunded?
The points earned on the refunded product are removed from your account.
DO I EARN MORE POINTS WITH AN MCS SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. When you subscribe to one or more MCS products, you earn 2x the points on your subscription purchases.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY POINTS BALANCE AND REWARDS?
Log in to your MCS account to view your points balance, rewards, and MCS Club tier.
HOW DOES THE MCS REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?
You’ll receive an email with your personal referral link to share with friends and family. When a new customer uses your link, they’ll get $10 off their first order, and you’ll receive $10 MCS once their order has been placed.
