WHAT CAN I MIX PURE MARINE COLLAGEN WITH?

PURE has a neutral taste and is designed to be added to foods and drinks you already enjoy. Coffee, smoothies, juice or tea—the possibilities are endless! You can even add it to foods like yogurt or oatmeal. We simply recommend avoiding mixing it with plain water and choosing a beverage or food that already has some flavour.
HOW MUCH PURE COLLAGEN SHOULD I TAKE EACH DAY?

The recommended daily dose is 10 g of marine collagen, which is one scoop of PURE.
HOW LONG SHOULD I TAKE COLLAGEN BEFORE SEEING RESULTS?

Health Canada recommends taking collagen for at least five months to see beneficial effects. That said, many of our customers tell us they notice certain changes sooner, particularly in their nails. As with any good habit, consistency is key!
WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD I TAKE PURE?

Anytime you like! One of the great things about PURE is how easily it fits into your daily habits. Marie-Claude, for example, loves adding it to her morning coffee.
CAN I COMBINE PURE WITH ÉNERGIE OR SÉRÉNITÉ?

Yes. If you'd like to enjoy two of our collagens in the same day, we generally recommend combining PURE with either ÉNERGIE or SÉRÉNITÉ and splitting your dose: half a scoop of each.
CAN I TAKE PURE MARINE COLLAGEN IF I TAKE MEDICATION?
